Ab Blast

Sculpt, tone and define those Abs with an intense and effective workout designed to get you to the beach.

Body Pump

This is a full body work out to music, mixing aerobic exercise with weight training.

Booty Blast

Your one stop shop to a tight and toned lower body. Packed full of squats and lunges guaranteed to sculpt shape and burn fat.

Boxing Fit

This class offers total body fitness, enhancing speed and co-ordination while being a fabulous stress reliever! (Beginner - Advanced)

F15

Feel energised with this all over body workout that will get you ready for the week. Enjoy the variation of kettle bells, straps, Swiss ball, barbell work and lots more! A great 15 minute mystery class to keep you wanting more!

FitSteps

Fitness that's 'Strictly' fun. A unique dance class mixing the steps of Ballroom and up-tempo Latin, creating a really fun, energetic and effective way to stay fit. You don't need a partner and no previous experience of dance is required.

Freestyle Friday

Kick off the weekend with this all over body workout class. Enjoy the variation of boxing, kettlebells, Swiss ball, barbell work and lots more! A great 45 minute mystery class to keep you on your toes each week!

Fresh Air Circuits

Enjoy training outside, this all over body workout is packed full of fun exercises to get those pulses going! (Beginner - Advanced)  (see timetable for location and ability)

Fresh Air Bootcamp Be prepared to be pushed, but at your own pace. This is a higher-intensity workout than the Fresh Air Circuits and will be both fun and challenging!
Kettlebells Total body toning with kettlebells. Leran the art of Kettlebell training. Learn the correct techniques to successfully give you a well-structured all-over body workout.

Lunchtime Circuits

An excellent way to simultaneously improve stamina, mobility and strength, while working all of your muscle groups. (Beginner - Advanced)

Panther Club (girls U16s)

FRESH ACADEMY - Learn how to tone and shape your body safely and effectively. An Under 16s strength and conditioning club just for girls. Get in shape and feel great!

Pilates

Work that core! Improves posture and general well being. Increasing strength, flexibility and control of the body. Also helps relieve back and neck pain (Beginner-advanced)

Spinning

Get on your bike! This class focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, whilst having fun! (Beginner - Advanced)

Spartan Club
(boys 11-16yrs)

FRESH ACADEMY - Spartan club is an exclusive strength and conditioning club for our under 16’s members. Learn how to lift correctly, train effectively and improve your athletic abilities for all sports. Suitable for all abilities.

WOW (Women On Weights)

A fun interactive session introducing women of all ages to functional strength training, to boost energy performance and confidence in and out of the gym.

Yoga

Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance.
